Ophelia moving along East Coast as life-threatening storm surge predicted

Ophelia made landfall Saturday morning as a strong tropical storm off the coast of North Carolina.

Ophelia will continue to bring 50-70 mph winds, heavy rain, and life-threatening storm surge to the Mid-Atlantic states through the weekend.
