According to him, the Russian occupiers continue to prepare for defense against the backdrop of talk about a future counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“We are not recording any withdrawal of troops either in Zaporozhye or Kherson regions. Yes, there is a certain movement – they are taking something out, someone is being evacuated, they are trying to steal something, but we do not see a real withdrawal of combat units. For example , Energodar – they do not leave from there, but from there they take out everything that they can steal, take out and take away: cars, equipment from hospitals. They are clearly aware that there will be hostilities, “the message says.
The enemy is building new fortifications and at the same time is well aware that they do not have the strength for active offensive action. The only task that faces them is to hold the positions that they managed to get.
This can be seen in the statement of the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, who announced the day before that the Kremlin allegedly does not wage war and this message is spreading more and more among Russian propaganda.
“We are seeing the same processes in the occupied part of Kherson. The personnel remain there. They will defend themselves, they are building defense structures there,” Andrei Chernyak continued.
In general, according to him, 152,000 Russian invaders are concentrated in two regions in the south of the country.
