On the afternoon of May 15, the Russian occupation troops once again fired at the front-line village of Dvurechnaya, Kupyansky district, Kharkiv region, as a result of which two civilians were killed.

He noted that a 65-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were killed by the shelling.

In addition, another civilian man, aged 52, received shrapnel wounds. He was hospitalized, now doctors are treating the victim.

The situation in the region

According to the OVA, over the past day, Russian invaders from artillery, mortars and using aircraft fired at the settlements of the Kupyansky and Chuguevsky districts of the Kharkiv region. In particular, Kamenka, Krasnoe Pervoe, Novomlynsk, Dvurechnaya, Zapadnoye, Tabaevka and other settlements were under fire.

As a result of the shelling of the village of Staritsa in the Chuguevsky district, two civilians were killed: a 59-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man. In the villages of Podily and Figolevka, Kupyansky district, there is destruction of houses of civilians.

On the line of collision, according to the head of the OVA, hostilities continue. Over the past day, the Russians tried to conduct offensive operations in the areas of Masyutovka and Sinkovka, but retreated with losses under the fire of Ukrainian defenders.
