Experlogix has expanded its suite of B2B commerce offerings to the North American market. The company said in a Thursday (Aug. 31) press release that it made its Digital Commerce platform available in the United States and Canada in June, optimizing it to support operations in those countries. Experlogix Digital Commerce, formerly known as Aphix Software, was already available in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and globally, according to the release.
The expansion to North America comes in response to the increasing demand for seamless online shopping experiences and the need for organizations to streamline their back-end processes, the release said. These B2B commerce solutions are designed to help organizations create engaging customer experiences and optimize their omnichannel presence.
“With investment in B2B eCommerce technology continuing to grow, there is more pressure than ever to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences throughout the entire customer journey,” Experlogix CEO Bill Fox said in the release. “Our Digital Commerce platform equips organizations with the tools and data they need to surpass customers’ expectations and optimize their sales strategies for an increasingly omnichannel world.”
Experlogix Digital Commerce includes multi-channel eCommerce, mobile apps and eProcurement solutions, according to the press release. The product suite includes eCommerce solutions, inventory management systems and analytics tools, the release said. The software seamlessly integrates with popular enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, enabling clients to provide real-time product and pricing information to their customers.
To support clients in North America, Experlogix has added features such as date formatting and tax calculation through an integration with Avalara AvaTax, the release said. “We’re continuing to optimize our solutions for organizations in North America, recently adding the ability to calculate sales tax in the U.S. and Canada, as well as customer experience features, like our new one-page checkout,” Graham O’Rourke, general manager for Experlogix Digital Commerce, said in the release.
PYMNTS research has found that as digitally savvy millennials move into managerial positions with purchasing authority, there’s greater demand in B2B commerce for simple, transparent and secure digital payment experiences.
This means that online merchants must double down on building trust and high-touch payment experiences while still capitalizing on the efficiency digitization affords, according to “The New Singularity,” a PYMNTS and USEND collaboration in December 2021. USEND was acquired in January 2022 by Inter.
